Alexander Technique lessons take place on Tuesdays at Tonbridge School Centre, London Road, Tonbridge TN10 3AD.

They are also available at the London Centre for Alexander Technique and Training (LCATT), 137 Grosvenor Avenue, London N5 2NH.

I teach running on the athletics track at Tonbridge School Centre, Kent, and in London at Highbury Fields, Clissold Park, Shoreditch Park and Southwark Park.​
