I've been fine-tuning my technical ideas and drills to create a new package of group classes that work together to bring your running to the next level.
Each of the six weekly, hour-long session will cover a different aspect of running, with the overall goal to to improve times, reduce the risk of injury and make your jog less of a slog.
Combining traditional running coaching ideas with Alexander Technique principles, the classes will introduce a more mindful approach your running and help you find greater freedom of movement and a more efficient technique.
The Run S.M.A.R.T Programme is available in several venues in and around London at dates and times that can suit you - before work, after work, lunchtimes or weekends.
The package is ideal for groups of friends, running clubs or corporate clubs to sign up to together. Alternatively, if you'd like to come along individually just get in touch and I'll let you know the details of any upcoming groups. Enquiries from outside London are also welcome.
