ABOUT THE COURSE...

I've been fine-tuning my technical ideas and drills to create a package of group classes that will bring your running to the next level.

Each of the six weekly, hour-long sessions will cover a different aspect of running, with the overall goal to reduce the risk of injury, improve times and make your jog less of a slog.

Combining traditional running coaching ideas with video analysis and Alexander Technique principles, the classes will introduce a more mindful approach your running and help you find greater freedom of movement and a more efficient technique.

Come along on your own or with friends, relatives and colleagues​. All abilities are welcome, from complete beginners to seasoned marathon runners, and group size is limited to 10 people to ensure plenty of individual attention for each runner. Contact me to book your place now!
