Are you ready to get back into running after having children? Want to reduce the impact on your body as you run?

Join me and a group of like-minded mums and babies for a five-week workshop to take your running to the next level!

Combining traditional running coaching ideas with Alexander Technique principles, the classes will introduce a more mindful approach to your running. We will analyse everyone's technique using individual video analysis, arm you with a top-quality running-specific warm-up routine and cover lots of drills and activities to improve form.

Bring along your little one and make your jog less of a slog!
